Thermengruppe Josef Wund
Therme Euskirchen is part of the Josef Wund thermal group, which is considered the world's leading developer and operator of thermal spas and bathing facilities.
Following an architecturally exceptional and sophisticated concept, our founder has been laying the foundation for his vision of unique worlds of experience with South Sea palm trees, blue lagoons and wellness facilities since 1999. Since then, five spas have been built in Germany.
In the spirit of Josef Wund, the offerings at our locations have been continuously expanded. Today, the facilities stand for high-quality guest service and impress with their unique quality standards. The expansion of the locations and new projects are being planned, always with the vision of setting a benchmark for the world of experience ahead of its time.
JOSEF WUND Foundation
After the death of Josef Wund, the Josef Wund Foundation established by him became the sole heir and owner of the Josef Wund Thermal Group, under which the three locations in Euskirchen, Sinsheim and Titisee-Neustadt have merged.
The spas in Erding and Bad Wörishofen are now privately owned and no longer have any business relationship with Thermengruppe Josef Wund.
With the establishment of the foundation, the architect and entrepreneur wanted to express his heartfelt gratitude for his successful professional career and allow the general public to share in his economic success.
The Josef Wund Foundation's commitment to the common good is particularly evident in the implementation and promotion of projects in the fields of education, health and creativity. The topic of water plays an overriding role, which is illustrated by the foundation's own projects such as the Undine Award.
